Hawaiian Medicine & Grindz

Offering local Hawaiian eats and fresh locally grown Hawaiian Kava. Most kava bars offer powdered kava, but this bar grows and harvests kava grown on their farm or from local farmers! Very rad! Also, Kanaka Kava is the FIRST KAVA BAR across the Hawaiian Islands and North America and...maybe even the world!

Sightseeing

Kua Bay for short, one of the most beautiful, blue, pristine waters! The best time to visit is actually early in the morning when the wind is light and the water is calm, making it a pleasant morning swim. NOTE: Be respectful of the Ocean. Many beaches on the Big Island have shore breaks (meaning that the waves crashes on shore and can be very dangerous! People have broken collar bones, ribs, and neck from shore breaks).

Missing yoga while you are on the island? Try Hot Yoga at Yoga Love. It might sound crazy to want hot yoga in a tropical climate, but you'll feel amazing after! :D

It’s delicious. Now…don’t compare this to TexMex and CaliMex. It’s one of the best that we have on Kona side.
