There is a newly constructed boardwalk that takes you to views of this beautiful old growth Cedar. The boardwalk is nice and flat and is handicapped accessible. It is about a quarter mile in and has nice benches when you get to the end platform there is also hike that goes off of the boardwalk to the base of the Cedar tree in total it's about a mile in.

This is a fun activity to ride bikes on the old train tracks from Bay City to Tillamook round trip. They have a new location in Wheeler that goes north. They are 4 recumbent bikes that are attached so four people are pedaling at once so it's good for any level of physical fitness or ability.

You can eat it there outside on the picnic tables or bring it home to enjoy. It's a fun place to go for an outing. Dogs are allowed around the picnic tables but not on the docks.
