Even though the Handugoda House area is the perfect location to take your infant on a long walk with a stroller, it is generally not the case in most of the other districts in Sri Lanka. You will find it much safer and secure if you are able to carry your baby in a wrap, which will also make transportation much easier, as you would be able to easily travel with your baby on a scooter, tuk tuk or by car.
