Directions from house:
Go back up Heather Rd.
Take a left onto Depot Rd.
In one mile, take a right onto rt. 39
At the rotary continue on rt. 39 for another mile
You will see Stop & Shop in the plaza ahead.

This beach is a little over 1 mile from the house. It is scenic, and so easily accesible, as there is not a lot of walking from the parking lot with chairs,towels, food, etc.

If you have time, The Plymouth Plantation is an historical landmark, and set up as a recreation of where the Pilgrims first settled. It is approx. a 45 minute drive from the house.

Lovely fresh water swimming! Look for Bucks Pond Dr. off rt 39. In 1/4 mile, you will see a rustic parking spot for 3 cars. Stickers are needed to park in those spots, so you can park along the road.

This lovely beach is approx 1 mile from the house. Even though it is so close, you will want to drive your car, so that you can bring your beach chairs. (Feel free to use ours which are hanging on hooks around the deck.) reminder: Get breakfast burritos at The Corner Store, and bring them down to the beach to enjoy while you are watching the sun sparkle on the water.

If you are looking for a GRAND expanse of a beach with frothy waves, Nauset Beach is beautiful. It is approx a 15 minute drive from the house. Bring the beach chairs we have provided for your day at the beach.
