The Bento boxes at lunch or dinner are a great deal and offer lots of variety. Hank Lee, the owner is there every night preparing the sushi and sashimi himself. One of my go to places.

Love the service, great pies and a good solid and a delightfully typical Canadian menu. Brian in the dish pit puts out the cleanest dishes you’ll ever eat off of. He is the king of the dish pit.

Hope has an almost unlimited variety of easily accessible wilderness experiences to offer. We can provide equipment and transportation for you to realize your Canadian Dream whether it is for an afternoon, a day or a week in the Wilderness.
We have mountain bikes available for rental for $25 a day and it's a nice ride from the farm. The Tunnels are a must see for anyone coming to Hope for the first time.

We deliver boats to Silver Lake which is a beautiful pristine lake with a lovely beach for a minimum charge of $100. It is $60 for two kayaks or one canoe for the day delivered and picked up. We will also transport up to 4 people to the lake for no additional charge. We also have car top carriers if you would like to take the boats yourself. If you haul the boats it is $40 for two kayaks or one canoe. The minimum charge applies for delivery but is considered as part of the rental, so if your total rental is less than $100, the minimum applies.
Silver Lake
We deliver boats to Silver Lake which is a beautiful pristine lake with a lovely beach for a minimum charge of $100. It is $60 for two kayaks or one canoe for the day delivered and picked up. This is my personal favourite destination. It takes a bit to get there but we can take you and either kayaks or canoes for a paddle down the gentle Upper Nahatlatch River and The Lakes at Nahatlatch. One day trips start at $450 for up to 4 people. We outfitted and delivered families there for 3 and 4 day trips and they have reported lots of Bear sightings. A guided trip can be arranged in advance for an additional charge with myself or a First Nations guide.

Kawkawa Lake can be seen from the property, however Lake access is on the other side of the lake which is about a 5 minute drive or a 20 bicycle ride from the farm. We rent bikes for $25 a day.

Manning Park is about 50 minutes from our property at the Allison Pass Summit but well worth the trip. There is an incredible network of trails including the trailhead of the Pacific Crest Trail. There are trails along the Alpine Ridges that can be accessed directly by road from the Pass and the Alpine wildflowers in July and August are breathtaking. There is great skiing and snowshoeing in the winter as well. Manning is known for its great powder. When the 2010 Olympics were held in Whistler they had to truck snow from Manning Park to Whistler in order to hold the Olympics. If there is snow anywhere, it is at Manning Park.
