8 minutes drive location @ Panormos Bay a seaside family budget restaurant - Andreas, the owner is friendly, honest and hospitable. Traditional Greek cooked dishes, fish, salads at very competitive prices. Enjoy eating by the sea! We love it!!!!

location @ Panormos Seaside restaurant – very beautiful, nice athmospere, fresh fish, meats, salads, a big variety of Greek mezes (variety of side dishes) called “poikilia”. Marina, the owner, is a courteous, active woman trying her best to thank her guests.

Kounaria" restaurant in located in the mountain village of Aetofolia. It is a traditional taverna with local dishes and delicious cooking by Josephina. I adore it !!!

One of my favourite local tavernas in the village of Kalloni, easy access park on the side of the road, excellent greek cooked dishes, delicious coq with lemon sauce, local beef "kokkinisto" with tomato sauce, deliciously cooked and grilled meats, fresh vegetables and salads from their own products, home made chips are also nicely fried, reasonable prices, nice people. Best choice for good eaters!

One of my favourite local tavernas in the village of Kalloni, easy access park on the side of the road, excellent greek cooked dishes, delicious coq with lemon sauce, local beef "kokkinisto" with tomato sauce, deliciously cooked and grilled meats, fresh vegetables and salads from their own products, home made chips are also nicely fried, reasonable prices, nice people. Best choice for good eaters!

In Pyrgos, overlooking the main Platanos square with the imposing plane tree, you will find the only peaceful cafe during the peak season. Nice snacks, pastries, drinks and excellent music! Relax and admire the square looking like a theatrical show while many people are crowded down there!

The small but extraordinary aesthetic and contemporary concept of this Marble Craft Museum comes to highlight and depict the social and economic context in which the local marble workshops were developed, while being a small but precious jewel for the island. Visitor has the opportunity to get acquainted with the traditional techniques and procedures related to the extraction, first processing and transportation of the marble, then the shaping and placement of the construction.It tracks the entire path from raw material to complete work!
