Entertainment

Things to do in St. Helena
A cute little local cinema run with love by passionate film enthusiasts. They play the latest hits but also indie releases, and during the best weather months look out for awesome special events like their pop-up Drive-Ins (in the past, this has been hosted at Gott’s and also in the amazing sprawling vineyards at Charles Krug- movie under the stars? Doesn’t get much better than that.)

Sightseeing

The little walk behind the library is where locals walk their dogs and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Feels like the literal center of the valley- most beautiful when watching the sunrise or sunset. The well-funded library is pretty epic too.

The Friday Farmer’s Market

If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the Friday market from 7am-12pm at Crane Park. It’s definitely a scene as you get professional chefs from all over checking out everything from fresh produce to lovely local crafts and the latest delicious concoctions from CIA (Culinary Institute of America) students and graduates. Food celebrity sightings are common, but you may be too occupied with the amazing flavors and talent to notice.

Napa Valley Soul Crystals

Open mostly on weekends, walk over to this shop hidden behind a local church and say hello to the sassy alpacas that guard the incredible crystal selection inside. Don’t forget to bring carrots.
