Good food not expensive the best place to sit is in the back in an outside patio with a bar and a fire pit. you have to go along the side of the building On a little path.

They have flights from Tocumen to David for $54. Compare to bus $35 for taxi to bus station, $15 for bus ticket, 7 to 8 hour ride, $5 to $10 for snack total $60+. Some people think they should take the bus to see the country, trust me after 20 miles of pastures and jungle it is then all the same.

Great canyon to swim in, very unusual rock formations.
This is a natural hot spring, the walk to the springs is very pretty and many times guest see the blue morph butterfly. It cost $2pp for the public springs and $5pp for the private. The public has the river close by and two pools one at about 104 and the other about 105 to 106. The private has water piped into its natural setting and is around 103 the river is very close to the private

Beautiful water fall with a large pool that is great to swim in. Also has wonderful rocks to sun bath on. It is good for people who have no trouble walking as there is a small very steep hill. It is 1 km from our house.

This is a collection of Petroglyph covered rocks. Unfortunately people have recently added graffiti to the rocks. I do not understand why people do things like that. It is however a very pretty walk to the rocks and you can see the original carving. There is a rock that looks like it is broken in half and has a path down to a creek behind it. Legend says that on a special full moon the rock closes back up.

Legend says that on a special full moon the rock closes back up.
