A very nice restaurant in North Lake Tahoe with wonderful views and high end food. They even have a boat valet! Eat on the bar side earlier in the day for good deals. And don't dare leave without having a Wet Woody, the famous Tahoe drink!

If you're in for a physical challenge, hike to the Mount Rose summit. The trail is clearly marked and easy to follow. All the way to the summit and back is around 10 miles--but be warned, the 2.5 mile ascent (to 10,778') is not for the faint of heart! If you're looking for a more relaxing hike, stop halfway to the top at the waterfall. The hike to the waterfall is flat, then goes up from there. Definitely recommend!

The meadows have beautiful flat hiking trails around 2-3 miles for an enjoyable afternoon hike. I also love to snowshoe here in the winter. Snowshoe to the top of the hill for stunning lake views! Sledding across the street for the kids as well.

Great beach close by the condo for the summer months! The beach is sandy if you want to lounge on your towel, but you probably won't be able to resist the crystal clear (albeit cold) water. Check out our listing pictures for photos of King's Beach at sunset.

Probably the most well-known beach in North Lake, you can't miss Sand Harbor! Although it gets busy during the summer months, the beautiful views are worth it. There are some great rocks for jumping into the lake as well!
