Casual spot staffed with all Italian guys. Pizzas and antipasto platters are their specialty and they have some great wines to choose from. Service isn't always the best, yet this place is extremely popular so you could be waiting a while...still worth a visit if you like a good pizza.

Go for a 5 minute walk down the esplanade and grab a bite at Kirks, a modern Pub with a beautiful vista of the bay. They have a decent menu to suit all tastes. Mornington has its own Melbourne Laneway. Here you'll find unique, funky and intimate spaces to eat, drink and be entertained. There is always something happening on the lane. Get your coffee in the morning at the Coffee Truck (best baristas, doughnuts to start your day). The lane tried to emulate a street food atmosphere. Attracts more of an older crowd. Merchant Lane - 11:30am until late (Wed-Sun) Serving lunch, after work drinks, signature cocktails After 6pm the lane becomes alive when the Hawker opens! Hawker Open Wed-Sunday, located at the end of the lane. Serves dinner, and lunch on weekends with an asian inspired menu. Craft & Co. Traditional craft beer where you can find the latest and greatest trending craft beers. Ruby Nightclub and events space - hot spot on Friday & Saturdays!

Another jewel in the crown of the Mornington Peninsula as a hatted restaurant for the last few years. A refurbishment of the Cellar Door and adjoining Restaurant took place in 2012 to create a smart modern feel, but in accord with the existing rustic building. Views are spectacular of rolling hills and vineyards. A modern menu with French influences is the triumph of Head Chef Julian Hills.

A spectacular winery in Red Hill - this is surely one of the best Mornington Peninsula Wineries and a winery we'd love all our visitors to enjoy! This winery has wonderful views and high class food and wine. The wine itself is excellent - come here mainly for top notch Pinot and Chardonnay. The Reserve Pinot is to be raved about but also the standard Pinot at around $30 is stellar. Choose to eat in the fine dinning restaurant or enjoy the amazing ambience of the cafe outside nestled next to rolling vineyards and a stunning garden. Local produce includes food sourced from the local garden. Food at the outdoor cafe includes superb pizzas and excellent platters. Also check out the sculpture pieces throughout the property and the Olive grove.

Ten Minutes by Tractor is a highly acclaimed winery and 2 hatted restaurant in Mornington Peninsula. With three vineyards close to each other, the term ten minutes by tractor evolved (it's literally ten minutes by tractor). In terms of regional dining Ten Minutes by Tractor is at the top of the list. You can easily combine a visit to the restaurant with a wine tasting. Then enjoy the degustation featuring fresh regional produce in a small but stylish dining room. The restaurant overlooks the vineyards, and you can spot the odd sheep roaming around. The food here is modern and regional, with French and Asian influences.

Open weekends Merricks Creek Winery is a breath of fresh air on the Mornington Peninsula. Sit back on the raised deck and enjoy Mediterranean shared dishes and wine by the glass. Dishes are rewarding with small sharing plates not taking long to come out to the table. Think Italian rustic. Dishes are only $10-15 for the smart small seasonally changing sharing dishes. A highlight is Rare eye fillet, caper vinaigrette and ciabatta, and the 20 month aged Italian prosciutto di Parma, Shaw River buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil with ciabatta.

Established in the late 1970s, Ashcombe Maze is the tourist attraction that keeps growing. The original hedge maze is both beautiful and challenging. However, over the years other parts of the property have enhanced the experience with a rose maze that boasts the "oldest circular rose maze in the world" status, a series of lavender gardens, and the Great Gnome Hunt activity. The café, built from mud bricks, serves a great selection of local produce and is a favorite wedding venue.
