chain restaurant but food is great. Family friendly and has a good atmosphere. Great happy hour between 3pm - 6pm and also from 9pm until closing. The $3.5 pizzas are the best :)

The best Thai place around, you can dine in or get take out. We mostly get it to go and eat on the balcony with a glass of wine in the summer. Really tasty food.

Parks & Nature

Rent bikes and cycle around the seawall, its beautiful and lots to see. Warning that is gets VERY busy at the weekend so go early morning or later in the afternoon if you want to try and avoid the crowds. You can also walk it.

Popular beach with a huge salt water swimming pool (137 metre). nice walk up past the beach by the grass, it also has a dog beach, volleyball, restaurant (the boathouse), playground, basketball etc. Lots to do and a nice place to chill in the sun

Beautiful Beach further on from Kitsilano. Long walkway or cycle path along the seawall. Kayak and paddle board rentals. if you carry on past it you will come to two other beach areas (Locarno beach and Spanish Banks) then onto UBC. The views of the city from here are amazing.

Everything Else

Another good seawall to cycle around if you are into that. Cycle by Olympic Village and there are some bars that you can stop in on your way. The tap and barrel is good in the summer, huge patio for sitting in the sun.
