On that street, 10 minute walk from the house you can find restaurants, cafes and an irish pub.
To get there you just turn left as you exit the house, walk until the street ends up in a playground, turn right there, walk to the traffic lights, cross the street as you trn left. Walk until the street ends into an intersection with a bigger avenue, that also has a tram line. if you cross over, to your left you will find the irish pub and to your right a moldovian restaurant.

At the train statio you will find any means of transportation that you need - beware of the taxis found there, they might apply extra surges. Make sure they use the tax machine when they start the journey and don't pay more than 1.80 ron per km! Best to install a Taxi app - like star taxi or just use uber.
I recommand the metro - it's 3 min walk from the house and it's fast - no traffic jams.
