A must see for anyone visiting Mt Hood. Absolutely gorgeous location and construction with historic significance.
Number one stop when visiting Mt Hood. The views are wonderful, the fireplace is massive and gorgeous, the history is interesting, and the building is outstanding in craftsmanship and artistry. People from all over the world come here to ski year-round.

This park has paved pathways, picnic areas and hiking trails that run along the Salmon River. They have a fish viewing window and you can see the salmon spawning in the river sometimes. There's an interesting topographical map that shows the area really well.

It's worth the drive to go up and over Mt Hood, down through Hood River, get on the Old Columbia River Highway and drive along the Gorge where the waterfalls are. It's a beautiful, scenic drive with lots of hiking trails along the way. I always recommend a stop at the Women's Forum where the view of Crown Point and the Columbia Gorge is outstanding.

It's worth the drive to go up and over Mt Hood, down through Hood River, get on the Old Columbia River Highway and drive along the Gorge where the waterfalls are. It's a beautiful, scenic drive with lots of hiking trails along the way. I always recommend a stop at the Women's Forum where the view of Crown Point and the Columbia Gorge is outstanding.

They have little bars tucked away in different places around the property, a huge outdoor music venue that draws big name artists like Stevie Wonder and Bonnie Raitt, a distillery, brewery, winery, hotel, a few restaurants, spa, pool hall, theater, garden, patio and a pitch and putt golf course.
