The Orient Forest Regional Natural Park is a wildlife sanctuary which covers 70,000 hectares, with 20,000 hectares of forests and 5,000 hectares of lakes to explore and only 19 minutes drive from Lesmont. A natural setting where water constantly vies with the forest. The perfect destination for Families on a walking holiday or solitary ornithologists, fans of water skiing, sailing or windsurfing, angling enthusiasts, a multitude of activities are on offer in the verdant setting of the Orient Forest Natural Regional Park.

•The Lac d'Orient (2,500 ha) is the largest. It is ideal for sailing and has a number of dedicated bathing areas It is also the main bird reserve.
•Lake Temple (1800 ha) is dedicated to fishing.
•Lake Amance (500 ha) is a great spot for power boating activities (water skiing mainly)

The "factory shops" were born in TROYES in the 1960s, to sell off local manufacturers' ends of lines. At first only open to factory staff, little by little they were opened to the general public.
