Great pub with regularly changing good selection of beers including local brews. Probably our favourite beer garden (massive for Brighton) and the food is good too. Also close to sea but much nicer and less busy than the seafront places.

Best vegan pizza. Perfectly cooked sourdough bases and the only vegan cheese I've even tasted that is actually worth eating-esp the smoked ricotta.

You have to end up here at some point! If you are here in mid-summer I would avoid the section directly down from the station where all the tourists come straight down the hill from the station. Head right or left and find nicer swimming and more space in hove or kemp town.

Drinks & Nightlife

A brighton favourite. Massive pub but a cozy vibe as there are multiple rooms and so many many nooks and crannies you might never find your way out.. Food not bad either. Gets busy at weekends.

Right on our street with a great beer garden and good beer selection. Chilled local vibe rather than party central.
