Entertainment & Activities
We personally like this park in preference to Cartoon Network. The location is attractive within the local countryside, rather than next to a main road. They do tickets including transport from the Amari. Food is reasonably priced on site.

I haven't been there personally yet, but it gets good reviews. The photos I have seen makes it look entertaining.

The main aquarium is very good, although the entrance fee is more in line with western prices for tourists. It is certainly a good option for a rainy day.

Getting Around
A big established car and bike rental company. The main office is on the junction of Thappraya Road and Thepprasit Road under the big advertising screen.

The 'GRAB' phone app is my recommended way of getting a taxi, but will require a smartphone with a data connection. The price is shown before you book. You can see where the driver is as he drives to you.
The only downside is that drivers sometimes try to promote events or services for an extra income. Just politely so 'no thank you'. You can rate each journey and driver at the end of the trip.

If you are interested; this is one of the many Lady Boy shows in Pattaya. I've been to 3 different shows. This was the best, although I went many years ago!

It has to be experienced at least once! I'm sure many will go back for more! Walking Street comes alive late at night. It's loud and crazy.

Parks & Nature
This is a cross between a Zoo, elephant show and park. Nong Nooch is also important as a nursery for growing tropical plants.
The park has become very commercial in recent years, with bus loads of Chinese tourists, but it is still an entertaining day out.
