When you are in Hiroshima, you've got to have an Okonomiyaki. There are so many of them but not all tasty so you need to know where to go and this one is GOOD. The chef and the owner are lovely. A must try.

黄金山の上から広島を一望すれば、海と山に囲まれた広島の地形がよく分かる。桜の時期は観光客で賑わう。
If you are going to Miyajima, this is a nicer way of getting there. The conventional way is way too long on the train and way too short on ferry. It costs more to travel from Ujina (Hiroshima Port) but you have a very nice ferry trip and much less people so more enjoyable.

It is a rare experience. It is open till the evening and a nice rainy day option too. Run by a friend who is very helpful and actually knows this sport inside out. Very close to A-bomb dome.
