Our brewery in downtown Knoxville isn’t showy or imposing, instead it maintains the warehouse look of the surrounding buildings and remains true to the era and history that built it. Located in the old Wallace Saw Works building in Knoxville, Tennessee’s Warehouse District, we opened Saw Works Brewing Company in 2012. However, we’ve been brewing since 2010 making us Knoxville’s oldest microbrewery and an integral part of Knoxville’s beer community. (from their website)

Brewing in small batches affords us the opportunity to constantly create new and exciting beers. Our goal is that each time you visit or taproom, their is a beer available that you haven’t tasted before.. We have no set styles that we will only brew. Seasonality, customer requests , availability of ingredients and the brew masters whim will determine what we brew. If there is a certain style of beer that you would like to see, by all means, please let us know. We will put it on the brew schedule. (taken from website)
