Hallasan (Halla Mountain) rises up proudly from the center of Jeju Island and is perhaps one of the island’s most memorable landmarks. Also called Mt. Yeongjusan, meaning ‘mountain high enough to pull the galaxy,’ Mt. Hallasan is widely acknowledged by scholars for its research value. Designated as a National Park in 1970, there are 368 parasitic mountains called ‘Oreums’ (peaks) around Halla Mountain. Mt. Hallasan is famous for its vertical ecosystem of plants that results from the varying temperatures along the mountainside. Over 1,800 kinds of plants and 4,000 species of animals (3,300 species of insects) have been identified; to explore the mountain's treasures, simply follow one of the well-developed mountain hiking trails.

Along the way to Isidore Milk Cafe, you can see horses grazing. The Isidore Milk Cafe is the highlight at Isidore Farm. Here you can eat homemade ice cream. Yummy! But you gotta eat it fast because it melts quickly under the sun.

There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and since the best beach in Jeju is situated here, there are a lot of couples, groups and families who visit the area. The beach is an emerald-colour and the views are breath-taking. Also Biyangdo Island is near here and you will see it clear from the beach. A lot of people surf and the place itself gives off a Miami vibe. Hyupjae Gul Cave is also situated here and the sunset is so beautiful too!

This is a very popular tourist destination, there are a wide variety of teas for purchase and well as a little cafe to stop and chat over the famous green tea ice cream.
A very nice and special museum which is owned by O’Sulloc, there’s a restaurant for eating green tea made food like cake and ice cream. The green tea cake is the most tasty that I’ve ever tried You can also shop for the different types of teas.
It was mentioned in the museum that Jeju had the most fitting environment for producing green tea.
