Il semble que Vito entretient une histoire d’amour avec le café et qu’il était destiné à devenir barista. En effet, il a grandi à côté d’un café dans le quartier Mile-End. Son père et son frère ont également été baristas. Pendant plus de 20 ans, Vito a développé ses habiletés de barista en préparant et en servant le café aux clients dans le Mile-End. Durant toutes ces années, Vito a remporté de nombreux prix et distinctions. Maintenant, c’est avec sa famille que Vito gère le Café Vito dans le quartier Villeray.
