Wonderful hike from Esperaza to LA Serpent, through vineyards and high meadows. Not to arduous mostly gravel paths. Good chance of spotting birds of prey and in season wild figs to snack on. During high summer best to head out early before the heat gets up

New leisure park with swimming (with beach) and fishing fresh water lakes. BBQ and picnic areas. Free parking and entry. A little cafe. Lovely addition to the community facilities.

Large Sunday market, well known in the region for its local produce, much of it now organic (BIO).
Plus the "Frip" for nearly new clothing. The cafes are full with people enjoying oysters or croissants .
also on a Thursday a few fruit and veg stalls on the main square.
Every Monday evening July and August there is a night market with hot food stalls and local wine producers. Away from the main square down past the old bridge. The commune sets up communal tables and there is usually live music. Wonderful way to meet the locals 7pm to 10.30pm approx.
