Best "must do while in San Diego" place ever! literally the most gorgeous place to watch a sunset that I've ever seen. also great during the day. If your going to Sunset cliffs you might as well check out Newport Street in Ocean beach which runs parallel to ocean beach pier. Walk North from the cliffs (ocean on your left and cliffs on your right towards the pier) If you go to the cliffs when the tide is at its lowest point you can walk into the Sunset cliffs cave before going to Newport street.
