The cable car runs throughout the day fro Argegno to Pigra. reach the top and you will be rewarded with the most beautiful view of Lake Como and the pretty villages on the shores. Be careful to time your trip well as the cable car stops for lunch.

it is a quite a climb to get there from Brunate. ( I reccommend getting a bike, taxi or car or just walk but be warned it is very steep). At the parking there are some cafes and restaurants for a lunch or espresso. The lighthouse itself can be entered, however it was closed in the early moning. The view is spectacular. Tip: go there in the evening/twilight. It is a great place to phtograph the lake and surrounding villages
