The level of internationalization is high, including both asylum migrants and highly qualified labor migrants. The service level of the neighborhood is very high. Kista is the center of the northern suburban region of Järva. Kista is by far the richest and most prosperous part of Järva. Almost all housing in Kista is privately owned.
