This is the jewel of my neighbourhood. I simply love the freshly baked bread here. They are open every day except mondays.
Its just 100 meters away from this apartment, so just wake up, head over there. Grab some freshly brewed coffee and some freshly baked bread, go home and enjoy it. You can also sit there if you want.

Söderbergs bageri

Don't forget to visit Livrustkammaren(collection of war items, like the kings armor, weapons and clothing). It lies underneath Stockholm Castle

Drottningholm castle is the most beautiful(together with Gripsholm Castle) castle in the country. It is where the King/queen/princess actually resides from time to time. Fun fact, i guarded the entry to the princess quarter during my military service. They call that post the "Ghost post" since it always gets foggy and you can hear strange noises there.

Drottningens paviljongDrottningholm castle is the most beautiful(together with Gripsholm Castle) castle in the country. It is where the King/queen/princess actually resides from time to time. Fun fact, i guarded the entry to the princess quarter during my military service. They call that post the "Ghost post" since it always gets foggy and you can hear strange noises there.
Djurgården is an area full of activities, beatiful nature and beautiful architecture.
You can visit the newly opened Viking museum, which i highly recommend. Where they go in depth about the Swedish peoples viking heritage.
You can visit Skansen, which i highly recommend. See our countries beautiful animals and see our 100-200 year old architecthure. Gathered there.(They actually moved whole villages here)
Visit the actionpark Gröna lund for some fun.

Djurgården is an area full of activities, beatiful nature and beautiful architecture.
You can visit the newly opened Viking museum, which i highly recommend. Where they go in depth about the Swedish peoples viking heritage.
You can visit Skansen, which i highly recommend. See our countries beautiful animals and see our 100-200 year old architecthure. Gathered there.(They actually moved whole villages here)
Visit the actionpark Gröna lund for some fun.

Vinterviken is one of the reasons why i moved to Midsommarkransen. It lies just 800-1000 meters to the north of this apartment.
Here you can either go to the old dynamite factory and have some coffee /deserts.
Go to Vintervikens Trädgårdscafe and enjoy the nature or go to the nearby mountain, bring some wine and sit and enjoy the beautiful and calm view.

The bar is mostly outside with a lot of different activities offered. Ping pong table, a video console game, some extra food places and som smaller bars. You can also go inside the building where there are 2 floors.
A good place to go out and have a fun night out, and it is also close to this apartment. Just a few subway stops away.
