Beautiful at night. The riverwalk is lit up and very close to the downtown area of Tampa. Big grass area to chill and many chairs to lounge in and water the stars. See the University of Tampa which originally was a hotel across the water. This area is also filled with many good bars like franklin manor and if you want desert there is a cookie dough shop that sells yumminess called "dough"
