This restaurant has the best view overlooking Positano and the coastline. I'd recommend getting a reservation at around 7pm so you all can see the sunset. Amazing food. It's a fixed menu.

Ristorante Pupetto is a restaurant right above fornillo beach. it has amazing views. If you want something quiet and away from the main area of Positano this is the place to go. Great food. Lots of particular dishes and represented really well. The portions are nice. You won't leave hungry.
So for a nice quiet romantic evening would chose this.

It's a beautiful hike. Amazing view of the coastline. The trail is about 5km long and takes about 2-2.5 hours depending on how quickly you hike it. Bring water and sunscreen because there's not much shade. The best way to get there is by taking the loca Positano bus, the one saying, Montepertuso/Nocelle. You can get it at the center, which is called I Mulini. Take the bus and get off at the very last stop. Then follow the signs for path of the gods.
