A local pub selling a good range of affordable food and a good range of drinks. It is informal and family oriented and, beast of all, within a few minutes walk of the house.

An old pub on the North side of the town centre. This has an excellent range of Gin to try and very knowledgeable bar staff who will help you put together just the right combination.

Everything Else

We are close to Oxford and it is the go to place for everything you could want or need! There is more history and culture in Oxford than you can see in a day and there are places to eat, bars and shops to keep everyone happy. Of course if the weather is fine you might want to go punting on the river - beware, it is harder than it looks!

Bicester is an historic market town that retains much of it's charm and many of the buildings that show it's character and history. Don't overlook it for Bicester Village but don't expect to buy your designer gear here either!

Parks & Nature

There are some lovely walks out around Brill which is about 6 miles from Bicester. It has a pretty windmill and village plus a couple of great pubs. There is parking available and the public footpaths are well marked for a range of walks depending on how far you fancy to go. Alternatively potter though the village and enjoy the views finishing in one of the local pubs.
