This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Located near the South Hills Hiking Trail in SLO, this newer apartment features great views and is close to many Central Coast attractions. This apartment is built above our garage and features it’s own private entrance. The space is very bright and contains all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is no designated dog yard. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog in our neighborhood. We have EV charging.

This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and the studio is beautiful! It is light and airy and open and you have pristine views of both Bishop’s Peak and Madonna Mountain. It is located in close proximity to both downtown San Luis and Cal Poly. The beach is a short drive away and numerous hiking trails are walkable and accessible from the neighborhood.
