Huge Wetherspoons pub with a large outdoor seating area. Very cheap, but very busy on sunny days.

The loveliest building and gardens, also a wetherspoons so great for cheap food by day and cheap drinks by night

Ok it is a Wetherspoons but the building is great, walk through to the orangery for the best bit - they have beer festivals from time to time too. Huge beer garden. Also close to Exeter St Davids Station so catch the train from Topsham and enjoy a few cheap beers!
