The Art museum associated with the University of WI - Madison. Not a huge place, but a good way to spend a couple of hours.

A great museum with a wide array of different art, rotating frequently. I personally love the sculpture work. The added plus is that it's right next to the rest of the university including Memorial Union, Bascom Hill, and the lovely State Street with great dining and shopping options.
