“Sunapee Harbor is a quaint little lake harbor area/village in with a view out over our area's largest lake, Lake Sunapee. You'll find some cute restaurants (one of my local favorites is Wildwood Smokehouse on the way up the hill to your left as you head toward the harbor), and a few places to browse. Don't miss Prospect Hill... a great place to stop to check out GORGEOUS original art and lots of antiques and other fabulous findings. In the summer months, grab a cruise aboard the replica paddlewheel steamboat that has traveled the lake for decades. The dinner cruise is about 2 hours long and features an all-you-can-eat buffet. Directions to Sunapee Harbor Coming up from the south take Rt. 89 to Exit 12A. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Coming down from the north take Rt. 89 to Exit 12A. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp. At the first light take a right onto NH Route 11, follow for three miles. Take a left at the blinking light, go up and over the hill.”
