Pennekamp has snorkel tours to Christ of the Abyss, a nice aquarium, and a small "Keys" beach. They also have a launch area for kayaks.

Probably the biggest attraction in Key Largo. Pay the entry fee as you drive in, then decide what to do. There are displays and exhibits on land but the real attraction is under the water. You can go out on a snorkel boat and see the fish and coral reef—its awesome. Or, if you are not into getting wet, go on the glass bottom boat and see the same awesome reefs as the divers do. Rent paddle boards or kayaks and explore the beautiful mangrove shoreline.
