For a village of about 200 people, Brampton Bryan boasts probably the largest bookshop in Shropshire. It's large and rambling, has a huge and eclectic range of second hand books, and a small cafe with wood burner for cold winter days. It often holds exhibitions (e.g. for maps, art) and it has a small cafe.

The setting being a converted farm building lends itself to a fantastic bookstore run by experts in the publishing field. A super place to while away some time browsing through a good read with a coffee and a wood burner for company. Holds many events throughout the year to encourage visitors.

Our friends and neighbours at Aardvark Books have an amazing book shop, cafe and art gallery with regular flea markets and events.
