A self-described “chef incubator” restaurant; “welcoming young chefs to take over the kitchen in order to find and refine their identity, test their ideas, and learn how to manage a team.” Obviously some nights are better than others, but it’s a really cool place in a really cool neighborhood.

A great restaurant with different chefs invited. Their other address right across the street is perfect too for small plates and great wines (Fulgurances en face)
