This is one of my favourite places for breakfast right next to the ocean. It's a kind of secret up - market clean greasy spoon cafe with an Italian twist. The beach areas are small and divided with grand old wooden groyns. It's located on the edge of the docks and industrial building area ( which fascinates me as a photographer ). They are a licensed cafe and have a wide breakfast and lunch menu. When the tide goes out there is sand there. The car park costs very little.

great walk or cycle or drive to this cosy and secret cafe at the end of the road. Gritty indultrial marine landscape with cool sea views.
