The "center of Portland" or called "Portland's living room. Great place to people watch in the heart of downtown Portland.
I love this place but it’s not the same city it use to be. The riots have scarred ￼our city like I’ve never seen. I’m not sure I would suggest being downtown at night but during the day is safe. Especially at Christmas it is beautiful at the square.
