Hosted in one of the most remarkable buildings of late gothic architecture of the Marche region, with its beautiful cloister. The collections feature paintings and sculptures from Romanesque, Gothic up to the Renaissance of relevant local artists such as Allegretto di Nuzi, Simone de Magistris, Antonio da Fabriano, Orazio Gentileschi. The adjacent Church of "Santa Maria del Buon Gesù", part of the building complex that hosts the Public Art Gallery, preserves the painting c.a. 1456 by Maestro di Staffolo, that represents the "Madonna in adoration of the Child". A modern art collection has been donated by Esther Merloni.
