The Wed farmer's market at Main Street is great AND the Sunday Farmer's Market at Ocean Park and Main Street/Neilson Way - a 17 min walk from here - is wonderful. GREAT food vendors, wonderful bakers (delicious bread and pastries) and entertainment on Sunday (plus stuff for kids) and great food and gifts, produce, etc. at both Wed and Sun markets... a local institution too

The Wednesday Farmers Market in Downtown Santa Monica offers the best quality in Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Flowers, Bread, and delicious homemade goods. Many local chefs can be spotted shopping for their local menu items. If you missed the market on Wednesday, be sure to head over on Saturday Morning's where you will find a similar selection!

You can do your grocery shopping there every Sunday mornings. There are also several stands where you can buy street food and often live music. Great ambiance!

Don't miss the Farmer's Market on Main St. in Santa Monica on Sundays, 10-2. 15 minute walk from cottage, 10 min bike ride, or 5 minute drive.
