If you love seafood and are willing to drive a little bit (about 25 minutes), go visit Lynnie Bo's between Lineville and Wedowee. They even offer some entertainment on the weekends. My favorite there is the crab legs! And you can drive just a little further and visit beautiful Lake Wedowee while you are there.
