If you wish to get away from the hussle and bustle of Dublin city these war memorial garden is a beautiful peaceful place. Well maintained and a part of Irish history that should be seen.

A memorial park for the soldiers of World War 1. It has the most beautiful rose gardens, monuments, pons, fountains, football pitches, walks, river, picnic benches. View of Dublin's 3 main rowing clubs, a beekeeper and a fisherman's paradise. Feed the swans and ducks..... and a few rogue pigeons. And it's free. Great for kids, couple, families, anyone looking for some peace!
