She has some of THE best food in town but give her plenty of time. I like to call ahead for take-out. There are only 3 tables at Pingo and she seems to get overwhelmed easily. Website updated weekly with current menu and she has odd hours.

Fine dining on par with restaurants you might find in Seattle. The owner/head chef of this restaurant has impeccable taste pairing skills! Plus she often has locally sourced (fresh!) seafood.
