PARLIAMENT HILL YOGA! #PHY every Wednesday at noon all summer (weather permitting) there is a free yoga class on the great lawn of parliament hill. You can't miss it- it's packed! Just follow the hoards of people carrying their yoga mats. I recommend getting there a few minutes early to secure your spot. I try to go every week- see you there!

This is a must do in the National Capital. It's free and educative on how our democracy is working. Make sure you plan ahead on busy days and get your tickets (from across the street at the touristic information building) early as there is a limited number a day. Guided tours are in english and French and maybe other languages...
