Has a fabulous hidden beer garden. Ever-changing guest beers. Real ale mecca. Sometimes has live acts on. We love this place. Now does premium gins too.

one of the many unusual pubs that partakes the Whitby folk festival. Whitby Folk Week and Musicport have loyal followings, and are growing ever year – and there are regular music weekends covering everything from rock and soul to jazz and 60s music at the Whitby Pavilion.
