A short drive over he river using the ferry, it will take to a magnificent park, with a manor house over looking the coast.

Tranquil place to relax in. You can go on a beautiful walk around the coastline to the lovely villages of Cawsand and Kingsand. Or walk around the formal gardens and park and get a snack at either of the 2 cafés- the Orangery or at the Stables.

Fantastic free country park and gardens over looking Plymouth Sound. Fabulous walks or hire a bike. Pub at the waterside, Sunday lunch in The Orangey, Stable cafe for a coffee or an ice cream from the kiosk. Several car parks but the lower Cremyl one is close to the foot ferry over to Historic Plymouth. Take the scenic coastal drive there via Freathy at Whitsand Bay. I just love this place.
