Fun playground right on the beach! Also, our favorite stand-up paddle-boarding rental guys Tommy and Robbie are located just east of North Beach -- look them up at SUP Calhoun. They are not in the normal rental area -- so less likely you'll face crowds and lines when you rent from them. They're super family friendly as well. If you get to meet Tommy tell him we sent you!

Possibly the prettiest beach in the Twin Cities. Tons to do here with jogging and biking trails, sailboating, restaurants, music, and more.
