America's queen of comedy, Lucille Ball, hailed from the Western New York Region. As a tribute to her home town, a national museum has been established the Lucy Desi Museum. A center to celebrate comedy, there are exhibits and shows year round. Seriously, need a good laugh, thought it's off the beaten path, it's worth the trip. Lucy Desi Museum and Comedy Center is in Jamestown, New York, roughly 90 minute car ride away. Super craft brewery in the area, Southern Tier Brewing Company, which can be combined with a trip to Jamestown.

Lucille Ball was originally from the Jamestown, NY area. This is a wonderful museum to visit.
