This is the gym that my partner and I are both members of. Independently owned and operated (in fact you will often find one of the two co-owners, Prue and Alex, behind the reception desk) if you can't be away from the gym for even a day you can walk in for a free 5-day pass (valid during staffed hours only as this is a 24 hour gym). With your pass you will have access to everything a full membership grants including Group Fitness, yoga, and pilates along with the weight, cardio, and functional zone. Their are also separate female and male steam rooms. If you are a member of Anytime Fitness there is one located on Jetty Road as well.
