Footbridge Beach is technically part of Ogunquit Beach, but without being quite as overrun and crowded as if you went down to Ogunquit Center. The parking lot is smaller, but you're so close to the beach that you can walk, or drive down, drop off the family & beach gear, park at Compass Pointe, and…

On the north end of Ogunquit beach. Just drive one mile north on Rt 1 one the parking lot does get crowded but the beach is not. The riverside is great for kids as well. There is also a food shack there as well.
