some of the best Osterie in town can be found in Testaccio! For real roman dishes like pasta carbornara (made with egg and pancetta), amatriciana (made with tomato, onion and pancetta) or some good ol' simple cacio e pepe (made with lots of pecorino cheese and black pepper) try this place!!

The exquisite menu is not for the faint of heart! Are you as brave as a Borgia? Very meat-y roman meals. the Tipical dish is the CODA ALLA VACCINARA: if you can eat it, you're a real roman!EXPENSIVE
